The RUNE SAMPLER depicts the complete set of twenty four Norse runes, etched on stones over a Viking longship. An elaborate border of long ships and sea serpents surrounds the pattern. The model is stitched on Vintage/Antique Ivory linen using two strands of floss over two fabric threads. Approximate design size (174 x 142 stitches):     11" x 9" on 32 count linen     12.5" x 10.25" on 28 count linen     (28ct recommended) The pattern has four pages.
