Cancellation

Orders may be canceled prior to their shipment. All charges incurred by Dracolair Creations from the time of the order placement up to cancellation shall be reimbursed by the purchaser. Cancellation can be arranged by contacting: sales@dracolair.com.

Payments

Acceptable forms of payment include: money orders, bank checks, personal checks, Visa, Master Card and PayPal service. COD and Escrow service are not accepted. All payments and drafts are expressed in US Dollars ($). Returned checks are subject to a $20 service charge fee. All PayPal payments should be sent to 'sales@dracolair.com'. All payments should be made payable to 'Dracolair Creations' and sent to:

We do not recommend Cash payments, but it is acceptable at your own risk.

Privacy Policy

Customer information and e-mails are very important to us. We personally hate it when we receive spam mail and wonder how these people got our information. As such, customer information will not be shared, sold or disclosed to any outside parties without the expressed permission of such customer.

Dracolair Creations shall, in its best abilities and means , protect customer's information, but is not responsible or liable for disclosure of personal information caused by theft, burglary, hacking or any other illegal activities.

Return Policy

Unopened patterns in their original shipping condition shall be subject to a full refund, less the original shipping and handling fees. ALL OPENED PATTERNS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Products damaged in shipping will only be refunded if insured (see below). You must return the products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Postage and handling fees for returned merchandise is the responsibility of the purchaser. All returns should be sent to:

Dracolair Creations reserves the right to refuse any returns/refunds at its discretion.

Sales Tax

 [01-Apr-09] California State Tax will be increased to 9.25% [01-Mar-04] Addendum

Effective March 1, 2004, we no longer offer discounts to California purchases. A 8.25% sales tax will be applied to all California sales.

Shipping

All shipping will be done through the United States Postal Service. Domestic orders will be shipped via Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Any orders over one pound will be shipped by Priority Mail; the cost is the same. Orders that contain items other than patterns will be required to be shipped by Priority Mail because of the odd shapes. International orders will be shipped via regular Air Mail or Surface Mail. Faster delivery options are available, but subject to extra charges. Delivery confirmation and insurance are not included. Upon verification of payment, orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Should any delay arise, Dracolair Creations will contact you via e-mail. Only completed orders will be shipped; no partial orders.

Dracolair Creations is not responsible for any errors in the text or graphics used in the creation of this site. All orders received on-line shall be verified prior to shipping. Dracolair Creations shall not be held responsible for lost orders via e-mail transmission from this ISP. Orders are subject to cancellation if there are any errors. Prices and fees are subject to change without notice.
